Opioid Settlement Funds Grant Application

Region 4 Behavioral Health System received funds from the Nebraska Opioid Settlement Remediation for opioid abatement strategies outlined in the settlement agreements (Exhibit E). Region 4 will award $400,000 in settlement funds for the first round of grants to address the opioid crisis through prevention, treatment, education, and recovery.

Agencies, organizations, and community-based coalitions within Region 4's 22-county area can apply.  Applications must include an online grant application, a W-9 form, a budget justification, and a budget narrative by the November 29th, 2024 deadline, at 4:00 p.m. CST.
