Mission/Purpose
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is an organization-wide process to achieve ongoing improvement and maintain the quality of services and operations. The CQI Department is responsible for facilitating the assessment of processes to ensure efficient, consistent and cost effective services for consumers. This is achieved through the collection and utilization of objective data in order to analyze and improve services.

Region 4 is committed to the residents of Nebraska and to providing them with quality community services devoted to treating mental health and substance use disorders. Collecting and reviewing consumer information allows us to report outcomes for effective programs. To that end, Region 4 collects data that is necessary to ensure:
- Access to and continuation of services;
- Services meet state and federal criteria; and
- Services have a positive impact and improve the quality of life for behavioral health consumers.
